Consent
Where required, messages are sent only after a person provides the consent stated at the point of collection. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
1. Program description
DLS may send messages responding to a request, scheduling or confirming a consultation, providing an account or support update, delivering a security notice, or sending marketing content when separately authorized. Some messages may use automated technology.
2. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interaction, requests, and service status. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan.
3. Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to opt out of recurring messages from the sending number.
- Reply HELP for help, email [email protected], or call (855) 899-2191.
After an opt-out request, DLS may send one confirmation and retain the number on a suppression list. Opting out from one program or number may not opt you out of unrelated messages separately requested from another sender or number.
4. Eligibility and number ownership
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to consent. Notify DLS if the number changes or is reassigned.
5. Carrier and delivery limitations
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by device settings, filtering, network availability, sender registration, reputation, provider outages, or other circumstances outside DLS's control.
6. Privacy
Mobile information is handled under the Privacy Policy. DLS does not sell mobile information for third-party marketing and does not share text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be disclosed to providers that deliver messages and support the program. Do not send protected health information, full payment-card numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive data by text unless DLS expressly approves a properly configured channel in writing.
7. Business-customer responsibilities
A customer using a DLS-configured messaging workflow is responsible for lawful recipient consent, accurate sender identification, required disclosures, content, frequency, quiet hours, registration, opt-out handling, and compliance with communications and consumer-protection requirements. DLS may block, throttle, or suspend activity that creates legal, security, fraud, spam, or carrier risk.
8. Changes
DLS may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
