By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

We provide professionally designed, pre-built, single-page websites customized for home service businesses. Your subscription includes:

A pre-designed, single-page Lead-Ready Site tailored with your brand content (e.g., logo, two photos [main + About Us], service info) or our industry-ready images if you’re starting fresh
Site hosting, tech support, and one revision after launch
Live chat and a dedicated phone number integrated to optimize lead capture
Domain connection (if provided or purchased)
Optional: Managed ad campaigns (if selected at checkout)

Note: The site is a single-page layout optimized for lead generation. Additional pages are available for purchase (see Section 4).

2. Payment Terms

A $20 activation fee is charged immediately to begin setup of the single-page Lead-Ready Website.
After 7 days, your subscription will auto-renew at $299/month, unless canceled before the trial ends.
You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Additional services (e.g., ad campaigns, domain setup, galleries, additional pages, or post-revision changes) may require separate one-time fees.

3. Trial Period & Guarantee

Your $20 setup fee is refundable within 7 days if you're not satisfied with the single-page Lead-Ready Site’s design, live chat, or phone functionality.
No further charges apply during the trial unless you purchase add-ons.
Continuing service after the trial confirms your acceptance of the $299/month subscription.

4. Revisions & Customization

Included Revision

Your plan includes one post-launch content tweak, such as:

Updating text
Replacing photos
Editing service details

This one-time revision must be requested within 14 days of your site’s launch.

Additional Updates

If you need more changes after your included revision, we offer:

Simple edits (e.g., text swaps, image changes): ➤ Starting at $50–$75 per request
Advanced changes (e.g., new sections, layout changes, 3rd-party tools): ➤ Custom quote required based on complexity

All updates are completed within 2–5 business days of payment unless otherwise noted.

Additional Web Pages

Need to expand your website? Additional website pages are available for purchase.

Starting at $150 per page
Includes layout design, branding alignment, and mobile optimization
Pricing may vary based on complexity (e.g., service area maps, galleries, multi-step forms, custom integrations)
Pages are added using our existing pre-built style system and are not fully custom
Requests must be submitted via your intake form or contact form

⚠️ Note: Additional pages do not include full custom design, platform changes, or feature overhauls. Custom requests may require a full quote.

5. Uptime & Hosting Disclaimer

We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, DNS issues, or scheduled maintenance.
In the event of an outage exceeding 48 hours, service credits or refunds may be offered at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, legal content and image assets you have permission to use
Respond to drafts and feedback requests promptly
Ensure your content complies with local, state, and industry regulations

Failure to complete intake or provide assets within 7 days of draft delivery may delay your build or result in subscription activation by default.

7. Ownership & Use

You own your submitted content (e.g., logos, text, photos).
Digital Lead Software retains ownership of the site template, single-page layout, platform code, and systems.
You may use your site while your subscription is active. Access ends after cancellation or nonpayment.

8. Ad Campaigns & Credits

First-Time Ad Match

If you opt into advertising, Digital Lead Software will match your initial $50 investment to provide up to $100 in local ad traffic, subject to platform availability and approval. This offer is contingent upon successful site launch and completion of the intake process. All ad spend is non-refundable once the campaign is initiated, and Digital Lead Software reserves the right to adjust or discontinue the match program with notice, ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Optional Ad Campaign Packages

Digital Lead Software provides professionally managed ad campaigns designed to generate local leads for active clients. These services, leveraging industry-standard tools and expertise, include setup, targeting, and detailed reporting, allowing you to concentrate on your core business. All campaigns are subject to platform terms (e.g., Facebook, Google) and may be adjusted based on availability or policy changes. Digital Lead Software is not liable for platform restrictions or performance outcomes beyond its control.

Test Drive Campaign

This package offers an introductory ad push to generate initial local leads via a managed campaign, helping you evaluate market response. Ideal for new clients testing the waters.

What’s Included:
- Up to $200 in ad spend (platform-dependent).
- $50 management fee for setup and optimization.
- One lead-generation campaign (7-10 days).
- Initial setup and launch performance report.
Pricing: One-time payment of $250.
Availability: Exclusive to active clients with a live site.
Terms: Ad spend and fees are non-refundable upon campaign launch. Digital Lead Software may suspend or modify the campaign if platform policies are violated, with no liability for lost spend.

Weekly Leads Campaign

Tailored for local professionals seeking consistent lead flow through expert-managed ads, this package includes comprehensive support and reporting.

What’s Included:
- Up to $300 in ad spend (subject to platform allocation).
- $100 monthly fee for ad management and reporting.
- Professionally crafted ad copy.
- Local targeting and integrated lead forms.
- Dedicated tracking number with lead alerts to your CRM.
Pricing: $400/month, cancellable with 48-hour notice before the next billing cycle.
Terms: Fees are non-refundable once the campaign is active. Digital Lead Software is not responsible for lead quality, platform downtime, or changes in ad performance due to external factors.

Serious Exposure Campaign

Designed for scaling operations or maintaining a full schedule, this package offers a robust ad budget and high-volume lead generation.

What’s Included:
- Up to $600 in ad spend within your local market.
- $200 monthly fee for ad management and optimization.
- Weekly performance reports.
- Call tracking number with lead attribution.
- Real-time leads via forms and chat.
Pricing: $800/month, cancellable with 48-hour notice at any time, no long-term contract.
Terms: Fees are non-refundable once the campaign is active. Digital Lead Software disclaims liability for platform restrictions, ad rejection, or results impacted by third-party policies.

General Terms

All ad campaigns are exclusively managed by Digital Lead Software using proprietary and third-party tools, with no client access to ad accounts. Digital Lead Software retains sole discretion over campaign execution, subject to platform rules.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with 48-hour notice prior to launch; no refunds or credits will be issued once ads are live or campaigns are active.
Minimum ad spend is package-specific; additional customization or platform-specific adjustments may incur extra fees, quoted based on complexity and agreed upon in advance.
Digital Lead Software is not liable for losses due to platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions (e.g., Facebook limitations), or failure to deliver leads, as these fall outside its control. Clients assume all risks associated with ad performance and platform compliance.

9. Domain Setup & Management

You may choose one of the following domain options during onboarding:

Free ProSite subdomain (e.g., yourbusiness.digitalleadsoftware.com)
Use your own domain — $25 one-time setup
Purchase + manage a domain through us — $50 one-time setup + $25/year management & renewal

Domains we purchase on your behalf are registered in your name. We manage renewals, DNS, and technical setup.

10. Domain Transfers

If you cancel service and request domain transfer, a $50 release & transfer fee applies
Domains are transferable only if your account is in good standing with no overdue payments
We assist with registrar coordination and DNS decoupling as part of the transfer

11. Communication & Consent

By using our services, you agree to receive:

Transactional emails and text messages related to your order, account, or website
Optional marketing communication (opt-in only)
Message and data rates may apply
You may opt out at any time
By using our system, you acknowledge that certain communications may be automated and triggered by user interactions, including missed calls and inbound inquiries.

12. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date to avoid renewal
Your services remain active through your paid period
After cancellation, your website and hosted assets may be unpublished or removed
Any domain transfers must be requested separately and may incur applicable fees

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Digital Lead Software is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or access
Downtime or delays caused by third-party tools or providers
Digital Lead Software is not liable for missed calls, failed message delivery, lost leads, or lost revenue resulting from use or misuse of the AI call system.

15. AI Call Handling, Missed Call Automation & Lead Capture

Digital Lead Software provides an automated AI-powered call handling and missed-call response system designed to assist businesses in capturing potential customer inquiries.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

AI Interaction & Automation

Calls may be answered or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI)
The system may automatically respond to missed calls via SMS
The system may capture caller information such as name, phone number, and service request
Responses are automated and may not always reflect real-time availability or human interaction

No Guarantee of Lead Capture or Conversion

Digital Lead Software does not guarantee that every call, missed call, or message will result in a captured lead
We do not guarantee call connection, message delivery, or response rates
We are not responsible for lost business opportunities due to missed calls, system delays, carrier issues, or user configuration

SMS & Communication Compliance

You (the client) are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable SMS, telemarketing, and communication laws (including TCPA or local equivalents)
This includes obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending automated messages where required
Digital Lead Software provides the tool but does not control how you use it

Call Recording & Legal Compliance

Calls may be recorded or transcribed depending on system configuration
You are responsible for complying with all local, state, and national laws regarding call recording and disclosure
Digital Lead Software is not liable for misuse or failure to provide proper notification

Telecom & Third-Party Dependencies

Services rely on third-party providers (e.g., telecom carriers, Twilio, platform infrastructure)
We are not responsible for outages, delays, message filtering, call failures, or carrier-level restrictions

Client Responsibility for Configuration

Proper setup (call forwarding, routing, number configuration) is required for the system to function correctly
We are not responsible for performance issues caused by incorrect setup, misconfiguration, or failure to follow instructions

Lead Data Handling

Leads captured through the system are delivered as-is
Digital Lead Software does not verify the accuracy, intent, or quality of any lead
You are solely responsible for follow-up, qualification, and customer interaction

System Use Limitation

The service is intended for legitimate business use only
Any misuse, spam activity, or violation of communication laws may result in suspension or termination of service without refund

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription and request a refund within the 7-day trial period, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 3.
